MARKET

About

St. James is the only Episcopal Church in Wayne County. We pray using the services of the Book of Common Prayer. We are a small, welcoming community that values our liturgical tradition while addressing the needs and cares of this current time.

Visit

We welcome you to visit a Sunday service or stop by the church on weekday mornings to pray or to look around the sanctuary. When you visit, you are welcome to participate as much as you feel comfortable. Small children are always welcome at our services.

Worship

Our primary community worship is the Holy Eucharist which feeds us in Word and Sacrament. All people are welcome to participate as much as they are comfortable, including receiving communion. We believe it is God’s table where everyone is welcome to be fed.
